Dear Neighbor,

I am writing to share exciting plans for 17 Douglas Track Road. While this site currently holds Development Approval for a 15-lot subdivision, Montessori Children’s Foundation is proposing an alternative development: a small Montessori Primary School that we believe will bring greater value to our community.

Our vision is for an intimate learning environment serving approximately 200 students. We are proud that 25% of places will be dedicated to Indigenous students through our Foundation’s scholarship program, fostering an inclusive and diverse school community.

We are committed to developing this school thoughtfully and sustainably. Our plans feature:

• Environmentally sensitive building design
• Preservation and rehabilitation of natural environments
• Complete on-site parking facilities
• Dedicated bus service to minimize local traffic impact
