Step 1: Submit an enquiry
Thank you for considering Wonderwood Montessori School for your child. We are thrilled that you are considering Wonderwood for the child, and are excited to take you on this journey.
Wonderwood Montessori School has a carefully organised enrolment process to ensure we can fully support your child’s individual learning journey. We want to make sure that becoming part of our school is the best educational choice for your child and your family. Please familiarise yourself with the enrolment steps below.
To get started, please Submit An Enquiry to let us know you’re interested in learning more about our school. Once we receive your enquiry, you will be provided with a prospectus for the school.
Step 2: Book a tour
Once we receive your enrolment enquiry, we invite you to tour our school.

Step 3: Submit an application to enrol
Once you have toured the school, and are ready to proceed with your application, you will be invited to submit an application for enrolment. This application incurs a $150 fee per family.
Please note, applicated are processed once all requested documentation and the application fee has been received.
Step 4: Meeting and processing of enrolment
Meeting
Following submission of an Application for Enrolment, the student and their parents/carers are invited to meet with either the Principal/Centre manager. The meeting can be considered a relaxed conversation where we learn more about the unique qualities of the child and to get to know your family. This is also an opportunity for the school to answer your questions to make sure your family has a clear understanding of the unique education we deliver and the benefits to your child.
An interview is not required for our Early Learners Program.
Enrolment review
The Principal will review the application, including, but not limited to, the complete Application for Enrolment form and attachments, interview notes etc. The applicant will then be placed onto a waiting list if there is no place available immediately.
Letter of offer
An offer of Place letter and Contract of Enrolment will be sent out upon a successful application. The Contract of Enrolment should be completed and returned within 14 days together with a $xx non-refundable acceptance fee and one term’s fees.
The Acceptance Fee is not applicable for entry to the Early Learners Program, however a bond of $xx per enrolled day applies.
If the College is unable to confirm a place for the applicant they will be notified in writing.
